    Do you eat 3 meals per day with a couple of snacks thrown in or are you a binge eater who eats all day or one who quite often skips a meal?
  • Do you have health problems that have caused your weight gain?

    If this is you, you should find out as much as you can about your health problem and consult your physician before starting any kind of weight loss program.
  • Has your weight gain caused you health problems?

    Quite often people who are excessively overweight end up with health problems such as diabetes, high blood pressure, and heart disease. This is even more reason to lose the extra weight. Once again, check with your doctor before starting any diet program.
